Applicable to metal wires with pulling strength ≤3000N;
Test process would be automatically completed and, after user inputting wire size of samples to be measured, the instrument would automatically calculate tensile strength;
Application of matured advanced human-computer interface would provide a hint for test operating procedure and display test results of elongation, pulling strength and tensile strength;
Two test modes are available: Micro-fine wire and medium & large wire;
50N-3000N sensors can be switched over arbitrarily;
Automatic outrange protection for instrument;
The application of software facilitates instrument’s on-line operation and control as well as data analysis and comparison, and allows for display of stress-strain curve chart of 15 samples in different colors;
Automatically calculate the average of each test result of less than fifteen samples;
Number and save test results and corresponding curves automatically in chronological order;
Report of test results can be generated and printed out;
Instrument is provided with sensor self-calibration function and equipped with standard weight for calibration;
Servo motor and high precision ball screw is used;
Clamps are designed on the basis of characteristics of wires and can be conveniently loaded and unloaded with samples;
All test data can be automatically transmitted to upper computer, and be saved and analyzed by DMS-15 quality inspection data management system for enameled winding wire.
